Which PSU should i choose?

Hi,
i'm trying to build my first pc, this is the configuration:

CPU: i7 4790k
MB: MSI z97-g45
GPU: MSI gtx 970
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 16Gb (2x8)
HEAT: Noctua nh d14
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1Tb 7200 rpm
SSD(not sure): samsung 850 evo

I'm pretty sure this will be the final configuration. The only problem is: which psu?
I made the cooler master power supply calculator, and the minimum power supply is 405/406W.
The recommended psu are all between 450w and 500w, is it enough, or i need something more?
I asked the same to a computer components seller, and his suggestion is a 750w psu, at least!

And what about the brand? i was looking around for Corsair, Cooler Master and Be Quiet! psu. Which is the best?

Either that Seller is trying to monopoly with your money to sell you an expensive PSU or he is a Dumb Ass.

for that build get any good Quality 550W-600W PSU

thx for the answers. what can you tell me about the Be quiet! ? are they really more silent then the CMs and others? I'm really trying to make it as quiet as possible xD
