Hello everyone
as the title implies i cant get my computer to boot up after i restart
when i press the restart button on my case the screen will just go black and the computer wont even turn off it just freezes and there is no display.
when i restart it from windows, go to power options then scroll down to restart, the computer will close all applications and start to shut down like it normally would. right when the computer is suppose to turn off and restart it just freezes and doesnt give any display. the power LED is still on and the fans are still spinning but there is no activity LED from the Hard drive.
my computer is about a year old and ive had this problem since i built it. other than this my computer is fine and runs like a champ. i can turn it off and on normally without any fuss but this seems to be my only problem

i5 4690k with corsair h60 cooler
msi z87 g43 gaming motherboard
4gb x2 corsair vengeance ram
silverstone strider essentials 500w 80+ PSU
r9 270x sapphire 2gb
western digital 1tb hard drive
