I Don't think it's a virus as the temperature only increases when I watch video or play games, but I felt it was weird because it can goes up to similar temperature like when I play games.

I have a Sapphire Nitro R9 380 4GB. Could watching 720p/1080p HD youtube have this kind of temperature?

Ok I just realise that my GPU fan stayed at around 119 rpm when I watch youtube video, could this be the reason why the temperature could go up to 73c-75c, and when I play games the GPU fan can adjust itself to 900-1479rpm.

That could do it but I still don't see a YouTube video causing it to hit that high of a temperature. My Asus Strix 980Ti has fans that don't even spin at idle and can watch Youtube or even play some games before they even kick in and that is just before 60c.
