Which card would work well with my system...I wouldn't want a bottleneck or something like it.
I need something to handle GTA V or some of the new cool games...
The budget should be 200-300

Any recommendations?

Thanks

My system is:

CPU: Intel i7 2600k
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z68-UD3
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master N520
PSU: Cougar 750w
Case: Norco 4U Rackmount
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB
DWD RW: Sony 24x
HDD: 1 OCZ SSD 120GB, 2x2TB Hitachi Deskstar

With $300 max, I'd have to say the 970 and 390 are ya best bets... both are available under $300 tho the better models are $320-ish

At 1080p, the 970 scores 103% to the 390's 99% so the 970 has about a 4% advantage outta the box. The 970 overclocks about 17% to the 390s 8% tho... so if you use Afterburner or its equivalent, then the 970s advantage goes to 8%. While the 970 loses by 3% outta the box to the 390x, with both overclocked at 1080p, the 970 has about a 2% edge.

I am new to this video card business, but it seems that a lot of different companies make the same 970 model. what is the catch there? MSI is cheaper that ASUS...Is there a reason for it?

So I went ahead and ordered ASUS 970 from newegg. 25$ off from american express, 20$ mail in rebate and a free assasin's creed game. Not a bad deal.
