Will GTX 750 TI OR 740 OR 730 work on this Fujitsu power supply?

Yes. They will all work, so long as they do not need an external PCIe power cable. The GTX750ti I use on this system will draw only 65W from the PCIe slot of the motherboard and will run on 300W or PSU. It is about the best GPU that will work that way.
