well its in the title i want a budget pc which runs gta v at around 25+ fps ( i heard thats movie fps) i dont care about the look if you could help it would be great thanks in advance

You say you have 4GB of ram, I would take noobgamer40's advice and get the extra 4GB or invest in what he stated with the Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory as it's great memory and affordable also, your HDD should be fine, but again, go with 8GB of RAM (atleast DDR3) because GTA V is pretty RAM hungry and crucial if you plan to run programs in the background such as YouTube, Spotify, Skype...
