Corsair 300R------------------------- Its a case..... It works

Please Help me I spilled water on my computer last night and I would say it was 1/4 of a red cup. I was moving my monitor and the Hdmi cord hit the cup of water and it went through my top radiator for the H100i. Once I saw the computer shut off I immediately heard my fans going crazy. Im not sure what fans were loud it was in the dark. Anyways I unplugged the Pc and around then I was shaking and I almost fainted. I couldn't believe I spilled water in my computer. So I took my Graphics card out and wiped all the water I could see which really wasn't that much It was all at the bottom of the case so I could easily empty it. After removing all the water visible and shaking the pc I booted without the graphics card in case it would get fried because I just bought it last week. I then booted the computer and it worked just fine no problems ( I assume). Then I plugged in my graphics card and booted. The Gpu fan spun and my monitor was showing a black screen which made me happy. I thought that meant my cmos needed to be cleared. After waiting for 10 or so seconds I was still freaking out and I swear my graphics card smelled of burning near the Pci Slots. I unplugged it and they were soaked with water. After that I unplugged it and went to sleep. I have contacted my motherboard company and Gpu Company for an Rma. What should I do for now. I dont think they accept wet parts. Thanks everyone I trust TomsHardware over anywhere else!

What I would do is dismantle and stick everything in a tonne of rice for a day or so, removing any moisture and chance of corrosion

after that, if things are still not working I would just go ahead and attempt an RMA, don't mentioned the water, they don't have water damage detection stickers on them so as long as its not obvious with no corrosion you might get away with it, you might not.

RMA, plead ignorance, hope for best

Good luck!
