Assuming you haven't made any other upgrades you should be fine. Take out the existing vid card and drop in the GTX 750. Although you might consider spending a few extra bucks to get a decent PSU for peace of mind.

Will I need to uninstall drivers for my current GPU or can I just shut down the computer and replace the card?
