Hey guys i'm new to the whole PC gaming scene, I'm trying to switch from the Xbox one to PC but I'm having problems with fps in the more demanding games I have a Zotac GT740 2Gb currently, I'm looking to stay in the same size range of the 740 and stay with a PCI powerd unit. Any suggestions? GTX750 ti? and if at all possible stay under $200. Thanks in advance for your help.

Welcome to the dark side, for 200$ there aren't much choices that will top your 740, and the small boost from the 750Ti most likely wont be worth the money, i suggest you find another 40-50$ and look at a Geforce 950/960 or Radeon R7 370, you can even find a Radeon with 4Gb of memory for around 250$, btw im going along with CAD prices.
If you can order online, check newegg.com, they have some good prices, a bit cheaper than buying in a retail store, try to find a card with a memory interface larger than 128-bit.
