Alright, so I just purchased an entirely new PC this past summer for around $900.00. Here are the specs:

Processor AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
Memory 8.1 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10240), 64-bit
PSU 770 watt
RAM 8 Gigs

Anyway, on to the problem. So i've been playing some fairly CPU intensive games lately (Guild wars 2 and things of the like) and i've been getting some fairly terrible fps (30-40 fps within the larger cities and 40-60 in the open world). I just kinda shrugged it off and ignored it until I recently went to see if I could run Fallout 4 upon viewing the minimum specs. Apparently my processor does not meet the recommended requirements. Should I be concerned of this? It meets the minimum requirements, of course, but I have no clue what that performance will look like. If this will be an issue, what would you, the community, recommend I purchase? My board does not currently support any CPU other than AMD, so I would have to upgrade that as well. Any recommendations, concerns, or advice? Any would be appreciated. Thanks!
