What do you think about the Ga-B85m-DS3H and a i5 4570

Hi. I will buy a intel core i5 4570 and a gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H, with 8gb corsair ram 1600mhz. with a temporary r7 240. Do you think this rig will be good for normal use (internet,facebook,youtube and that stuff). And some casual gaming and some autocad?

I appreciate any help .

I spent a lot of time working out cost vs performance, for a PC used for similar application to yours
What I built was
4690k on stock cooler (very quiet)
Gigabyte H81 HD3
16Gb Crucial Ballistix Ram 1600Mhz CL9
Samsung Evo SSD
2Tb HDD
Onboard graphics are very much better than they used to be. If I need to do more 3D stuff in Autocad I will get a Quadro Graphics Card.

As a bonus, you can do a mild overclock with this processor and board. Mine went easily over 4 Ghz without overheating.
