help with Western Digital BLACK SERIES 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

alright so i just built my new pc. clean install of windows 10 and everything; but my Western Digital BLACK SERIES 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive does not show up in This PC. But it shows up in device manager and in disk management but it has no letter its just disk 0. I tried to Change Drive Letter and Paths but that option isn't there when i right click it only shows convert to dynamic disk or convert MBR disk. also i have an SSD which i have my operative system on. did you use disk management to create a new volume? i had this issue of the drive not showing up in windows with a old IDE hitachi hdd and after i used disk management to create a new volume, voila problem was solved.
