in that case get the Samsung 850 evo or 840 evo. Performance is not much different and the 840 evo is cheaper than the 850 evo

if you want fast read and write speed why not get 2 256GB SSD then do RAID 0 on them to boost read and write speed
i know that in Vietnam options are limited and EXPENSIVE (im Vietnamese and visited Saigon countless time) id recommend getting either samsung or kingston. for ssd i would look to buy the most space for less, and with RAID 0 you will get a boost in read and write speed.

Sadly, my motherboard has H61 chipset, adn inherently that chipset does not support any RAID modes
Thus, the budget I allocate is only enough for 256GB and under
