After cleaning my graphic card and CPU cooler by wash it with water, I get rid all of oil from fan.
I didn't notice it from start, but after use hair dryer to make cooler dry.
Wind flow front dryer doesn't make fan spin like it does before, so I find out all oil is gone.

I don't have machine oil (that use on screw machine or something like that). Can I use cooking oil or used engine oil (oil after bike service, the black oil)?

I didn't wash my graphic card, I clean it with tissue and soft teethbrush. Just wash the heatsink and fan. I know how it work so I make sure that everything is dry when plug it in.
Thank you guys. I just managed to get some mineral oil (that use for car gear box) from my brother.
