So I just installed 16GB DDR3 1600MHz CL 9-9-9-24 dual channel RAM and set up the XMP profile in my BIOS, but according to CPU-Z it's running at CL 11. Everything else looks good, and the RAM passed the Windows Memory Diagnostic utility, but I can't figure out what is going on with the latency.

My PC:
CPU: i5-4590 3.3GHz
RAM: 16GB DDR3 1600MHz
Motherboard: ASUS H81M-D Plus
Power Supply: Corsair CX600M (600 watts)

If you have any ideas I'd really appreciate the assistance. Thanks for reading.

Solution
Maybe try clearing CMOS, then select XMP Profile 1 again and then see what happens.

Possibly CPU-Z is misreading data, as this seems to happen on odd occasion.

Try HWiNFO to confirm memory settings.

Thanks so much brispuss! I confirmed with HWiNFO that CPU-Z readings were in fact correct at CL11, then reset the BIOS and re applied the XMP profile, and everything is running at CL9 now. I appreciate the suggestions a lot!
