Which is currently the most powerful SILENT (fanless) VGA PCI Express x16 card for a PC?

I don't need low profile but I am currently looking at this one:

Asus GT730-SL-2GD3-BRK Nvidia Geforce GT730 2GB DDR3 Low Profile Silent Fanless

BTW: I am well aware that there are many superior VGA cards with fans. I am ONLY interested in VGA cards that are FANLESS as I have tinnitus caused mainly by long term exposure to whining computer fans. I just wish there was a substitute for the case and cpu fan :(

You can get much better performance while still having no noise at all :). It will cost a bit more, though.

Zotac has a GTX 750 fanless: Click here.

and even better is Palit's powerful but pricey GTX 750 Ti: Click here.

Personally, I don't think the 750 Ti fanless is good buy at that price, but keep in mind that it actually performs very similarly to a normal 750 Ti, so if you have the money then go for it!

There are fanless replacements for the CPU cooler! Silverstone, Zalman, and the aptly named NoFan all have fanless coolers. The NoFan CR-95C is probably the best, but keep in mind that it is HUGE, and also the most expensive :(. All of these coolers aren't exactly small either, so be sure to check if your case...

All of these coolers aren't exactly small either, so be sure to check if your case supports the height, and also if they will interfere with any PCI-E cards in the motherboard top PCI-E slot, and also with tall RAM heat spreaders.

Alternatively, post your full PC specs here so we can see if there are any compatibility problems.

Silverstone Tek Heligon

Zalman Ultimate FX100

NoFan CR-80EH

And as for the case fans, a couple of Noctua's excellent offerings will do the trick. They really are the best fans on the market, and are perfectly silent too.

Two Noctua NF-S12A will be the best, one at the back as an exhaust and the other at the front of the case as intake.

You can also get a fanless PSU, so that you can be sure that the PC will be silent: Click here.
