I am looking for a power supply that fits the NZXT Noctis 450 Case. I have a HP Stock Mini power supply but the cords is not long enough. The cheapest price possible and about 400-750W.

Will be able to...
Cheapest price? Get a Sparkle PSU and make sure your fire insurance is up-to-date. :)

You really son't want to not buy a decent Power supply unit - low-price units tend to be almost dangerous.

400-750W is also too big a range to assist you - there are huge differences and a vast selection between those boundaries.

Will be able to power your PC no problem, while leaving plenty of room for future upgrades. You could even SLI a secong 680, but since it is so old it would be better to upgrade before thinking of SLI.

If don't want to include rebates in the final cost, get this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($54.29 @ Amazon)
Total: $54.29
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Also a very good Power Supply, but it isn't modular (The EVGA one is semi-modular.) and will be able to only be able to handle a relatively lower wattage compared to the EVGA PSU, but will still be fine for a single GPU (No SLI, though.).
