Ethernet controller drivers not working?

Just installed a new version of windows7 on a seperate hardrive when I boot my new version of windows my pc doesn't seem to reconise my motherboard drivers for example it can't reconise my Ethernet controller and I can't get online. I don't have the motherboard drivers disc. However they are on my machine when I boot up my old version of windows my pc detects all of then fine. Any help would be great!

It just has a yellow triangle around it with 3 other things exactly the same. However the drivers are on my system because my other verstion of windows on the same system works fine.

The model of my board is h61ma-d2v

I did not mean to post it as solved i was on my phone! . I guess when i download from the link save the .exe on to my hard drive then restart my machine and boot up my new verstion of windows and then install the .exe?
