Asus r9 390 strix is on sale for $315.. Is it worth it over the sapphire?

I honestly have no clue. I mean cooling, problems (Coil whine), if it keeps it as cool as I have heard the sapphires do. I just want to know what I am getting into if I purchase it.

Unless you are extremely on a budget I prefer the sapphire myself. I have one so maybe biased? but I have done enough research before I purchased it to convince me it is the better card.
Very important however is to make sure the cards will fit in your Case, they are very long cards!
