Should I manage my cables or leave them like this?

Im very OCD about my cable management, and I would always advise it for keeping your system clean, tidy and cool. But if your not fussed and temps are fine, then it's up to you.

Unfortunatly I can't use file sharing sites from work, but I would say that SOME cable management is better than none at all. It makes things look nicer, helps prevent restrictive airflow and less surface area to catch and build up dust on. Zipties work to keep things together as well as move cables towards the back/sides of the case, but velcro ties work just as well (easier to adjust or move in the future).
