Can i run The Witcher 3 on low/medium/high/ultra?

Solution
You can easily run it on Medium. I can say this with confidence just disable the 'fake' full screen windowed mode and hairworks (off entirely, or off on all but Geralt).

Also turn off the FPS 'cap' by dragging the sliders to 0. It may even run okay on High outside of certain towns and combat scenes :D

Your GPU is on the minimum side, so low to medium is what you should expect. If you were to upgrade your GPU, you can get better frames/settings.
