Questions for side panel fan and RAM

So I have a new pc arrived recently. So I bought a Cougar CFD120 fan for Intake and I also have 2 80mm fan in the side and in the back. I served them as my exhaust. I'll buy a 120mm fan ASAP to replace my 80mm fan in the back side. So I have this side fan, a 80mm one. Is it really necessary? Or just leave it? I don't have a graphics card. I'm just using the onboard graphics since it's an APU(AMD A10-7850K). If side panel fan is not necessary, is it ok to use 80mm exhaust fan in the back TEMPORARILY? Another question, I'm using this Kingston KVR16N11S8/4. Which is a 4GB 1600mhz RAM and using a ASUS A68HM-K MoBo. What brand will you recommend to me? I'm in a tight budget right now. How about 8GB G. Skill RipJaws X (4x2)2133Mhz ? Is this fine for my CPU?

Case:
You can use the 80mm fan as exhaust temporarily yes, be sure to watch your temps. You should leave the side panel on for better airflow, especially if it's got a fan attached to it.

RAM:

Ram speed does not matter, you will MAYBE see a 2-3 FPS gain from upgrading to 2133, I'd recommend 8GB of DDR3-1600, G.Skill Ripjaws will do you alright but you'll save money by getting 1600 MHz ram.

Well, I usually got 22C-33C.. yeah, it's attached already in my side panel.

Are there any fps gains for that RAM?

You will see a minuscule FPS gain by upgrading to 2133 ram, not worth it for the price. 2-5 FPS maybe,

Okay2. So is it safe to overclock my cpu right now? Including it's onboard graphics?
