They are experts on all Apple products, even with some products of their own.
Simply go to the link above, choose your model (5,2...), select your memory, whether you're going to get all new chips or use one old and one new, and purchase at your discretion. I have found their prices to be competitive. I had bought RAM for Mac Pro and PCIE SSD for Mac Book Air before.
 
It can technically run 6GB, but it is always best practice to install RAM in pairs that are sold together to ensure stability. The performance from 2 extra GB or RAM isn't worth the possible instability of mixing in my opinion, though I know some people might disagree.

I always favor stability, and recommend that as the best solution to people on the forum.
