hey guys, thanks alot for coming to help me.

i'm trying to upgrade my computer at the moment. So these are the components i want to buy
http://postimg.org/image/g1i12xf5p/

and here are the estimated wattage powers for the components ( i already have a DVD Rom and one of the 500 gb hard disks but added them for power reference ).
http://postimg.org/image/yvm38xa2d/
So as you see it's 68W to like 286W . this is the power supply i currently have. http://postimg.org/image/j2c8t50n3/ there's 300 W and 263 W. So what should i go with? Basically, i don't want to buy a new power supply to avoid confusion of ATX and Micro ATX and alot of stuff. The old motherboard was micro ATX so i'm buying the new motherboard as Micro ATX as well so they should work fine with all the components including the power supply. So please can you be kind of enough to reassure me, will the power supply work fine with these new components ? or the power supply will be too low or somemthing ?

Thanks for your time

The image of the power supply you have provided shows your current power supply from HP is only 103 W and as your new build could use up to almost 300 W, it is certainly underpowered and needs replacing. As far as power supplies go, they are standard across ATX, Micro ATX etc. therefore any modern power supply will work with either. As you'll need a new power supply, I suggest getting one that is at least 400W as it allows room for upgrade in the future. As for brands, most will be okay however go with a brand name you know such as BeQuiet to ensure that it is of good enough quality to keep your new build reliable and to help stop it being fried by the PSU failing.

If you have any more questions, let me know.

More notes about your build.
1) The cooler is for TDP 65W only, your cpu has TDP 125W so forget about that cooler, just use the stock one.
2) The GPU is not good, you waste the money.
3) If you want to keep the fx 8320, you are better to use other MB too, like GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128651
4) If you still want use the M5A78L-M/USB3.0, then you need other better cooler like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA59T1RU0194

Or if you don't mind use intel PC, I add the list here for $388, if you just get the 8GB RAM, you are fine too.

i'm just scared that i order one and find it's too big or too small for my case. So money wasted, i'm ordering them online . And excuse me as i'm not a pro, does the HP show any size or something i can use when buying so i buy the same size. you're saying that the ATX or Micro ATX issue wouldn't matter so i can buy anything?

Thanks for your help, i need that CPU , i don't really care that much about the VGA card i want that computer for music producing purposes. For the cooler i have a CoolerMaster already but it doesn't show any information on it so i don't know what to do. i also found the coolermaster 212 evo would be good ( 180 W ). But can you please help me maybe i don't need to buy a new cooler anyways. Also what do you think about the PSU issue, should i go for anything with a high wattage ( 400 - 450 W ) for example ? or there's sizes and stuff i should pay attention to? and if yes, what should i buy?

Sorry for the loads of questions i ask, it's just getting too complicating for me

Thanks alot

Forget about the logisys PSU, if I were you and will not try use it, never, never. So don't cut corner on the PSU, a poor quality PSU may kill your PC too. Check the link for more info http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

If you are in USA, and have to buy from amazon, you may consider this Antec VP-450 http://www.amazon.com/Antec-VP-450-Power-Supply/dp/B004IZN3K2/ref=sr_1_188?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1446656502&sr=1-188&refinements=p_n_condition-type%3A2224371011%2Cp_n_feature_keywords_two_browse-bin%3A6906983011
Or buy from newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371033 because you may use onboard VGA, so even wait for the newegg "shell shocker" PSU deal later Today for $10, that is not a good PSU but it will be enough for you need.
