When i play Battlefield 4 continuously (1 hr) , Real Temp (Thermal Status) shows : 99ºC , Log , 99ºC , Log . And For GPU Msi After burner shows Power max 100% , Gpu temperature max 74ºC , Gpu Usage max 99% and FB usage max 61%.
I m worrying about CPU Temp , what should i do ???
My PC Config:
Motherboard - P8 Z77-M Pro Asus
Processor - i7-3770 (LGA 1155)
Ram - Corsair Vengeance 16 gb
Graphics Card - Zotac Nvidia 650 ti Boost 2 GB
Smps - Cooler master Silent Pro 850 watt
the CPU is almost at dangerous temps at this point, you will need to get a better CPU cooler either look into the fairly cheap 212 Evo or the slightly more expensive but better cooler Nocta D14, also make sure that you apply good thermal paste while upgrading coolers try using the Artic cooling MX-4 paste or the Artic silver 5. if you do this your temps will drop dramatically.

I am also thinking about "Noctua NH D14" , but a little bit Confuse. I checked Noctua website for Compatibility and found : Possible compatibility issues with video cards that have large protruding components at the back (According to Website)
Plz reply soon & i updated my info also (PLZ See above images)
When my pc reaches at that temperature , it shows a message "Battlefield 4" has Stopped Working.
Yeah your CPU useage is WAY to high, and the Nocta NH-D14 only warns about this as it is a large cooler and it can block GPU's depending on the size and layout of the motherboard, this usually happens with Micro and mini ATX boards, from what I saw of your mobo you have 2x PIC-e x16 sockets so you will be fine as long as you can move the GPU to the 2nd socket if needed, if you're worried about size too much look at the 212 evo air cooler.

"CM Hyper 212 X" is gud as "Noctua NH D14 " ???
is there any time interval to put thermal paste on heatsink ???
Its not as power as the Nocta NH-D14 but its still a good air cooler and handles over clocking very well and is also not as large, no time intervals really a good Thermal paste can last years, and yes GPU's do require Thermal paste but your GPU temps are fine so no need to mess about with it.

Unfortunately , 'Noctua NH D14' is currently not available.....
make sure you have a good airflow in your tower and if you smoke next to the pc, you ought to clean the fans for dust and nicotine. Your temps seems way higher than they should be with that spec.
I bought "Noctua NH-D14 SE2011" from Amazon but i didn't got 'Secufirm Mounting Kit '
So unfortunately it is not fitting on motherboard. My motherboard is ""ASUS P8 Z77 M PRO""
IS "Noctua NM-i115x" mounting kit Compatible with My Motherboard ???
