Just bought a new GTX 970, and when i hdmi it with the tv ( I don't own a monitor ) it doesn't display anything, when i change the hdmi to the intel, it works but obviously through the intel gpu, A computer guy did it for me and at the store i tested it ( Check through gpu z that the gtx970 was active ) now when i boot the pc through the new graphic card, just nothing, anything i should press on the keyboard? Any drivers i should update ? ( Despite it working back at the store ) ?

Been asking so many questions here past few days, sorry!

Solution
in the bios look under primany video if it set to auto...set it to peg/pci. under it if it say muilt monitor support turn it on for now. it let both gpu turn on and run at the same time. with the pc off make sure the gpu has both power plugs connected and the gpu it self is locked into the video slot.

No luck :( I Can't even get into the bios, smashing f2 and del , even when using intel generates no screen, starting with hdmi connected to the intel ( Without trying to go into bios ) works fine, gpu seems fit and plugs are ok. When updating the new graphic card the " System check " by nvidia ticked so i'm guessing it's finding it fine ? But why isn't it displaying?

Update : Working on a different tv (older 720p tv ) not newer 1080p UA48H6400, what's going on?
