Hello once again Toms!
It seems (fingers crossed) I have finally resolved the issues described in this thread:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2838508/micro-freezing-bsods-display-driver-crashes.html#16863015
After two re-installations of Windows and pulling my PC apart it looks as though I have finally beaten this thing and it looks like MSI Afterburner was one of, if not the sole cause of my problems.
So my question is, can you think of anything within Afterburner that could have caused the crashes that could therefore be resolved simply by turning said feature off or, are there any equally strong alternatives? I have not overclocked my GPUs (MSI GTX 970 Gaming) and simply use it for monitoring GPU performance and for a Custom Fan Curve.
Thanks for your input,
Conor
