how do I go from 32 bit to 64 bit in Windows 10?

You don't necessarily have to reformat the drive, but you will need to completely reinstall Windows.

plug windows disk into pc boot from it click install click upgrade if you dont want to lose data click custom if you want clean install then let it do its thing and voila! you are now running 64 bit
