I have got ASUS psg41t m lx2 mobo
Specs are
4gb DDR3 1066mhz
Intel Core2duo E7500 2.9ghz 3mb cache
Nvidia gt240 MSI dx10.1 512 ddr5 128bit
Windows 7 64bit OS

Can i play assassin's creed rogue? , If yes then on what settings?

they may run...but they ain't gonna be much fun. they will be on absolute lowest possible settings.

they want a core2quad, you have a dual core.
they want a gts450, you have a 240.

i would say no.

Well what if i put 8gb of ram and a vga with specs 1gb ddr5 256bits and may be a quadcore processor later ?

i wouldn't invest any money in that machine. go for a new platform, intel based pentium system's are cheap to build and will at least leave you with an upgrade path to an i5/i7 in the future.

That graphic card gt240 is not a good choice.I think you can play them with lowest possible setting.

Man i cant buy new machine because the regioin where I live the new era machines like i5 etc are too expensive so
Upgraded my pc to
4gb ddr3 1333mhz
Quadcore Q6600 2.4ghz 8mb cache
Gt 240 msi ddr5

Gonna buy a new gpu within a month or 2

** Quite satisfied with performance after having quadcores
