I have installed windows 8.1 recently. When i tried to use jumpstart then it said "The computer has no wireless network adapter enabled. Some of the features of this software will be disabled." but my computer is already connected to wifi. So i cant figure out the problem. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hey. Could you try these steps:

1. Press "Windows + R" at the same time
2. Enter "services.msc" (without speech marks) followed by enter
3. Find "wlan autoconfig"
4. Select "WLAN Auto Config" or "WLAN AutoConfig"
5. Select "Start"
6. Open the Network and Sharing Centre
7. Select "Change Adaptor Settings"
8. Right-Click your Wi-Fi adaptor
9. Choose "Disable"
10. Right-Click your Wi-Fi adaptor
11. Choose "Enable"
