Windows 7 how to do a factory reset/download a version of windows from a disk?

I've decided to try and do a factory reset on my self built computer, because I have far too much on my computer and I feel like starting off clean + I have large suspicions of a Trojan presence inside of my ''unarc.dll'' causing a Blue screen of death/Black screen from time to time.
Whether that's the case or not doesn't really matter, if someone could inform me a bit on that specific subject though, that'd be nice.

Anywho, time to get down to my actual question. I cannot perform a factory reset without a new ''copy'' of Windows 7, since there is no Windows 7 reinstall partition on my hard drive (Possibly removed) I have to obtain a copy of Windows 7 (black) somehow (On a USB or CD?). My question is though, were I to obtain one, how would I use it? I would have to install/place/burn it on a disk large enough I presume? If so, how? Would a USB also suffice? If so, how?

Any help is hugely appreciated.

Hmmm...

You use Belarc Advisor to get your current Windows 7 product key.
With that, you go to the Microsoft Windows 7 Software Recovery Page.
You enter your product key. If it's valid, you download the Windows 7 ISO.
You burn the ISO image to a DVD.
You boot from the DVD, format your hard drive and install Windows 7.
