im looking to upgrade my CPU and am wondering if theres a good 1 to upgrade to thats compatible with my current hardware. I'm looking to play Fallout 4, Rollercoaster Tycoon World, and Star Wars Battlefront, and currently thinking i might not be able to run them since my computer seems to run alot and loud when playing ESO that it didnt used todo till after my new graphics card with no settings changed in game, here is my system info.(PS) my budget will be kinda low like $100-200.

Manufacturer: Dell
Model: Inspirion 3847
CPU: Intel® Core™ i3-4130 Processor
RAM: 8GB
System Type: 64Bit OS, x64-based processor

Main reason im looking to upgrade is that i just upgraded my graphics card and now some games start making my computer go loud and thats without upping my graphics for the games and the games were running fine before, so idk if theres conflict between any of the hardware, and im thinking if my CPU % in task manager is like 55% that it starts getting loud and if that is a problem for risk of frying anything in it.

The most powerful CPU that fits within you budget of $200 is the Core i5-4590.

Not sure if your motherboard will recognize the CPU though. It will physically fit, since both Core i3 and i5 are socket 1150 CPUs, but if the BIOS does not recognize the CPU, then your PC many not even boot up.

The slightly slower i5-4460 for $190 should be compatible since Dell sells versions of the Inspiron 3847 with at CPU...
