Hello,

I am upgrading from my GTX560 TI to a Radeon R9-380. I changed out the cards and am having issues. Once I changed the cards, whenever I powered on, I got no display. I originally thought that it may have just been a display issue, but then I notice that I am not hearing the windows boot sound at sign in.

I have uninstalled all my old drivers and have tried multiple time changing the card. Same issue with the new r9-380 while when I replace my old card all is well again.

Any advice would be really helpful.

Computer Specs:
Windows 10
i5-2500k 3.3GHz
750 W Power Supply
msi P67A-G45 (B3)

Thanks for the response cosmoji. Ya I couldn't even get into BIOS. Looks like the card was doa. Got a new one and all is right with the world.

Well the mobo should be compatible since it supports crossfire. I'm assuming you can't get in to BIOS? Or at least can't see it?

Are you sure the card isn't doa? I'm unclear if you mean you tried a different one.
