Is this a good PC Build for under $ 5,000?

What is the build going to be used for? If it's gaming, $5K for a rig is insane. Especially that storage solution. You also don't need 32GB of RAM or the 5930K unless you're going for three way SLI. And way too much being spent on case mods and storage.

You can spend about half that with the custom loop:

The AX1200i is digital so I can adjust the wattage, I am ok with the 2tb 850 pros, i have decided on changing the 980tis into titan x and as for your suggestion on the rampage v extreme usb 3.1, my build is a black theme with blue accents (led lights and such) so the red on the mobo will throw off the look im going for.

Replace the H110i with the custom liquid loop and replace the GPUs with the Hydro Copper models. Also lose all the extra lighting and all that crap, IMO - not needed, and you're pretty much wasting money.

Thanks for the build you posted :) Will do this build. I just wanted to know how I can have the 2 Graphics Card plus the Capture Card? Will the 2 GPUs be in x8 or x4 and does the capture card (which is pcie x1 but compatible to fit in up to x16) affect the pcie lanes? the 6700k has 16 pcie lanes so im just wondering how this all fits

even 2000$ is expensive for a gaming PC rig, I would recommend going for under 2000$ budget for a perfect Gaming PC and of course everyday use,
5000$ is a waste of money. Even professional/business PCs are not worth that much.

There is no such thing as "adjusting wattage". It is software that let's the power supply communicate current information to the computer, such as its temperatures. But any voltage readings from these things are so inaccurate it's pointless to even have such software for a PSU unless it controls RGB lights or something, which in this case it does not.
