i3 2120 good for recording gameplay

Im thinking about buying a pre built PC. (Dont nagg me about build a pc yourself! Im looking into the 2nd hand market and they have VERY cheap PC which are wayy more expensiver if u build it) its an i3 2120 dual core BUT with 2 HT and 8gb ram. Will the HT help me when im recording gameplay my gpu is a gtx 460 1gb (already brought it before you recogmend something) and what fps would i be looking at on bf4 high to medium on res 1024 x 768

Going off of what this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=24tAMZB02FI) is showing I would saw it should be able to handle about low-medium at 60FPS on multiplayer but I always find that the single-player is less demanding than multiplayer hardware wise. Not sure with recording with your i3 in Battlefield 4 while recording. Maybe in singleplayer or up to 32 player maps but 64 player maps might be a bit too much for your system while recording. I've got an i3 4170 and although it handles Battlefield 4 with 64 players, there isn't much headroom which is why I'm not sure about recording with your i3 2120.

For anyone who is wondering i found a video on i3 2120 and gtx 460 on bf4 on medium he got avg 30 fps but i play on a lower res so ill guess ill get 40ish
