Can u help my screen changed color to red...please help I can still use my windows but everything is just red

Sounds like hardware issues. Check to make sure your monitor is properly plugged in (unplug VGA cable and put it back in). If you are using a laptop screen or that didn't work, try installing the newest graphics drivers for your machine (directly from the intel, amd, or nvidia website, NEVER download display drivers from sites other than your manufacturer or those three sites).
