I'm considering getting an nvidia 960 sometime in the near future but I don't really want to buy a new PSU. Will my current 430w PSU be enough? I have an Intel 4670k, my current GPU is an AMD 7730 and I have two HDD's.
It's enough wattage, as long as it is also a quailty model with the correct PCIe power connections you will be fine. You'll need 1 6-pin PCIe to power the GTX 960.

Thanks for the reminder Blackbird, I'll be sure to get the exact model next time before recommending the PCIe connectors. I'm in the habit of referencing the stock card.
