My belkin router I had 2 years..past month it's not letting me connect to the Internet. I called support 3 hours later...at that time it did let me go online.Today it went down again and called.They said I need an updated router like a n 600 belkin.They saying it's not picking up my isp.Isn't there something I can try?it's 2 years old? Thank you

Have you got a wired connection or a wireless connection? What error message are you getting? Is it connecting you to the local network and just not the internet or neither? Have you tried bypassing the router and connecting directly to the modem to see if you can connect to the internet that way? Basically we need more info about your set up. Does it happen on all devices etc....
