Speccy and AXTU read really low cpu temps.

Whenever my room gets cold Speccy reads my cpu going as low as 8 degrees C, sometimes lower. Usually I thought AXTU was more accurate or inaccurate since it would read 30 degrees, but I today realized it was in Fahrenheit not Celsius. I don't want to say Speccy is inaccurate as my gpu temp readings are the same when looking at it and evga precision. I certainly have no problem with these temps as even on a warm day they hover around 15C when I'm not doing anything and 30C when doing a lot like playing games while doing a skype call. I've never seen them go above 40c and I just find this unbelievable because I didn't get the best cooler around and my cpu is known for being hot. Should I worry at all?

My specs are:
AsRock 970m Pro3
AMD FX 6300
CoolerMaster Hyper TX3
16gb Corsair Vengeance DDR3 RAM
EVGA SSC GTX 960 2GB
Corsair CX600 600W PSU
Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-02 Case

I don't use either one of those programs for my AMD CPUs. I have a 6300 as well, and I only use AMDOverDrive for load temperature and SpeedFan for general monitoring.

Keep in mind that AMDOverDrive gives thermal margins, not actual temperature readings, thus more accurate at load than idle.
