I am buying a new GPU for my PC. I currently have an AMD Radeon R5 230 2GB and want to get the best gaming GPU for under 110$ I originally thought about getting the Nvidia GTX 750 TI 1GB. However, I have an AMD Processor, an AMD mb, and AMD GPU drivers, so I'd prefer to get an AMD GPU. Are there any AMD cards that fit within my budget that are equivalent to a GTX 750 TI or better?

What is your power supply? Make/model?
How strong a psu you can use will be gated by the psu.
Your R5-230 needs only a 300w psu as does the GTX750ti.
A slightly stronger amd card might be the R9-270 which needs a 450w psu.
That will likely bust your $110 budget.
A amd card that is about the same price and performance as the GTX750ti might be a older gen R7-260x which needs a 500w psu.

The main negative to changing to a nvidia card is the need to change graphics drivers.
That is not so hard to do.
Just uninstall the amd software, install the new card, and install the nvidia drivers.

I like the GTX750ti as an upgrade.

You don't need to feel restricted to a certain brand, just because all of your other components match that brand. As long as compatibility is fine, then it makes no difference. You won't get any kind of 'boost' by having an all-AMD system. Go for the 750ti.
