how to reinstall windows 8.1 RT 64 bit?

i have a lenovo g5070 on which the windows has not been reinstalled from 2 years. it has become really slow. i have heard that reinstalling windows will fix this problem. plz ASAP. thanks in advance

Upgrading to Windows 10 will have the same effect and also give you a better OS at the end of the day.

Best to clean up first though. Download ATF Cleaner from http://www.atribune.org, tick to remove all and run it. Go into c:\windows\softwaredistribution\download and delete all the entries. Press your Windows key and R together and type msconfig into the box then hit Enter then untick Startup items, click OK but choose rstart later. Windows key and R again, this time type cleanmgr and hit Enter.

Run the cleanup tool and tick all the boxes then tick to remove all system and update files. Tick all the new boxes and let it all go. Go into C:\windows\system32 and scroll the the file cmd. Right click it, choose RunAs Administrator then at the prompt, type
powercfg hibernate off then hit Enter.

Restart and if you don't have a Windows square in the Taskbar on the right, go to Control Panel and run Windows Updates. When you get that icon, click it and reserve your copy of Windows 10.
