Hi everyone, my first post as a pc gamer coming from consoles so please forgive me if i break some forum rules.

My friend bought himself a new pc and i'm buying his old one (he bought it 18 months ago) and since I'm planning on using 3 screens i wanted to upgrade the graphics from a gtx650 ti to a gtx950.

I just wanted to find out if the motherboard would hold back the performance of the graphics card?

The motherboard is a foxconn (the model is unknown since the computer says the model is 'unknown')

The would-be specs are:
Intel I5-3330
Gtx950
Foxconn motherboard
8GB DDR5
850W power supply

Like I said I'm new to PC so not exactly sure what matters most in terms of gaming performance

Thanks
Daneel.

it will only hold it back if its a PCI-E 1.0 mobo. install CPU-Z, it will tell you the model of the mobo, and post it on here.

a cheap mobo will limit RAM speed and prevent you from being able to overclock the CPU.
