need help for a budget gaming pc build

im from india and my budget is Rs 70,000 pls help me find decent components for a gaming build
after some browsing i narrowed it down to following :

cpu - i5-4690k ~Rs 14k
mobo - z97a / z97 pro gamer ~ Rs 14k
ram - corsair vengence 8gb dd3r ~Rs 3200
hdd - 1 tb wd ~Rs 3300
psu - seasonic 520w ~Rs 5500
case - circle 821 ~Rs 2600
graphic card - gtx 960 4 GB asus strix ~ Rs 17k
monitor - i need suggestions
optical drive - lg ~Rs 1100

Your GPU will be able to play Dota 2 at above 144FPS meaning you will get full use out of it on that game, but when it comes to the latest titles like BF4 crisis 3 ARK and other much like this your GPU isn't good enough to get over 144 fps on these games not even close really you will probs get 30-60fps max on ultra, you may want to play these games on High to get full use out of a 144Mhz monitor

the parts you have put togeather already go togeather really well so good job so far :), what kind of monitor did you want and what kind of things do you want to be doing on it? if you are playing the newest titled games I would say look at a 24"+ monitor that's is 60Mhz with a 1ms refresh rate at 1080p as you won't be able to fully utilise 144Mhz monitor with that setup on the newest titles.

yes i will be playing latest titles and i use to play dota 2 alot so would a monitor with 144Mhz refresh rate with g-sync gonna make a huge difference compared to a 60Mhz monitor for multiplayer n fps games .

I would highly recommend you to go with

BENQ RL2240HE

It's a 1080p Monitor with 1ms responce time ,75 Hz and is marketed as specically designed
for massisve maltiplayer online games like Dota 2, Leage of legends
It cost around Rs8700 at SMCinternattional Nehru Place Delhi
You can go through other feature it has

You might get it for less at your place but these is the best bang for buck 1080p gaming display
