PC Shut Off Won't Turn Back On, Already Replaced Power Supply

PC randomly shut off and wouldn't turn back on. My first thought was power supply, so I replaced that and it turned on first try. About 30-60 minutes later it's off again and won't turn back on. I waited for it to cool down and tried it again, the fan twitched, but that's it. Unplugged the power to the gpu, no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I didn't notice any unusual beeping. I was able to boot completely, and start downloading a game from Steam.

It might well be the PSU - although you should probably list your full specs for detailed help.

That Sentey PSU isn't even 80+ Certified from what I can see (claims 75% efficiency and "multiple safeguards".....without really detailing what).

80+ certified PSUs are minimum 80% efficient at 20/50/80% ........I would assume the PSU claiming 75% efficiency is it's 'best' result, so likely at minimal load (you lose efficiency ever so slightly at full load in a quality PSU).

a good 725W PSU would power that rig more than comfortably (a good quality 500W unit would likely do it).

Reading a few reviews on Amazon and similar, seems to be lots of issues with that PSU .... while it's possible your issue relates to the motherboard, I would be inclined to lay the blame at the new PSU here.

Also, as a side note, when I look up that motherboard, it supports a max of 16GB in 4 slots (4x4GB), yet you have 32GB (4x8GB)? http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-870afuzion

I guess I'll return the PS if nobody has any other suggestions, but that just seems like a huge coincidence. I have 2x16gb sticks . MSI lists max memory at 32gb.

I don't necessarily think it's a huge coincidence - although unlucky, it's not unreasonable to expect.
You had a decent PSU that failed over time (it happens), and have replaced it unfortunately, with a poor quality PSU. Even if it turns out to be something else, I'd recommend you return that PSU and buy a quality unit - 550W would give you comfortable headroom.

Judging from the list pricing around $50 you might struggle to find a quality unit in that pricepoint, but the EVGA SuperNOVA GS 550W has a $20 rebate at the moment, so you end up paying $65 - if it helps.

I see the 32GB max now, strange PCPartPicker doesn't show that. Anyway, when they list 32GB, that would be utilizing the full slots, so 4x8GB - 2x16GB (if they exist) wouldn't likely work. Do you have server memory in your unit? As far as I know, 16GB DDR3 consumer-grade RAM modules aren't available.

That's a 16GB 'kit'. 2x8GB.

I would take it all out of the case and inspect the board for any damage/signs of damage

If all looks good, breadboard with the basics (outside the case) and see.

Likely your motherboard now you've definitively ruled out the PSU

*UPDATE*
I replaced the motherboard, and it turns on and stays on, but there is no signal to the monitors and the DVD drive won't stay open. Any ideas? I'm getting real tired of dealing with this so any help would be greatly appreciated.
