I have a Razer Deathadder 2013 and a Logitech (I forget the number) MMO mouse, and both of them have issues when left clicking. I'm not sure if it's me or if they are just getting worn out from extensive use, but about 40 - 50% of the time they quickly double click which as you can imagine is NOT very good. I'm looking for a good gaming mouse that will last me at least a few years until I get out of university.

Solution
Ex owner of a 2013 deathadder here, had the same double click issue. (Apparently most 2013 editions are getting this issue, and it gets worse with time)
Turning the mouse so the front faces down and rapidly clicking, plus some compressed air sometimes makes it go away for a few days, which can be useful while shopping.

I have been using my new Corsair M65RGB for about 3 months and will never go back to a razer mouse. Very sturdy plastics on top of an aluminum base combined with corsairs service, a solid mouse.

Hmm, I didn't know turning the mouse upside down and clicking was an option, as of right now I'm using a cheap wireless logitech mouse since it's apparently the only good mouse I have laying around. As for the Corsair M65, that thing looks incredible! I thought it was going to be like 150 - 200 dollars or something but at that price I could probably afford one this summer.
