Which CPU is better for gaming

I'm thinking about buying a gaming desktop. I am a casual gamer, but i know my way around computers. Since money is short, i am going to buy one of the tow following computers, or a similar one that one of the community can tell me about if they know. I plan to add discrete graphics chips and just need to know which is the better buy of the two computers for this purpose. The Asus with the i3-4170 for sure... as long as you add a discrete gfx card.
But either will come with an anemic PSU that will limit your choice of gfx cards.
