I am a little new to building computers but I was hoping for some advice. I am going to be doing light gaming. I was hoping it to be a micro atx build because I need it to be small-ish. I was looking along the lines of a g3258 and a r9 270x. If you have any ideas I would love to hear it!

What games do you want to play ? because there are games that run better on a g3258 than the x4 860k .

Thank you for the list, I was thinking of playing modded minecraft, maybe some newer games in the future.

Better off with this:
-r9 290, much much better graphics card
-CPU Cooler INCLUDED in the price for overclocking, which will give you improved performance..
-Much better case..

you can remove the CPU cooler and save $25 but it is recommended to keep it since this CPU can a bit hot, plus you can overclock :)
