I was thinking about getting an Intel Core i5-4460 with my GTX 970, but it is below the recommended CPU requirements for some new games like Fallout 4. Should I get an i5-4690 or one of the other versions between the 4460 and 4690, or is it not worth spending the extra money and will I notice any real difference in games? I can't get an i7 or any of the new Skylake CPUs since I am on a bit of a budget, so it is between these CPUs, please tell me what you think.

Btw, since I am not OCing the CPU or anything else in my build, I am not getting any "k" processors.

Its only about $7 more than the 4460, so I will most likely go with that one, but will I see much of a difference in games? I will still most likely go with the 4590 either way, but I am just wondering.

Actually it is almost $20 more, I didn't see the 4590 had a $10 off deal, but by the time I am getting the parts, that deal will be over, so is it worth the extra?
