My laptop only crash when playing video games (like league of legends).
It's a fairly new laptop (3 months old). I upgraded to windows 10, but i had the same issue when on windows 8.1
My laptop specification are:
System Model Alienware 17
System Type x64-based PC
OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home
Version 10.0.10240 Build 10240
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4910MQ CPU @ 2.90GHz, 2901 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date Alienware A08, 25/12/2013
SMBIOS Version 2.7
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32,0 GB
Graphic card name NVIDIA GeForce GTX 880M
By crashing, i mean, the pc just shut down directly in the middle of the game without warning nor blue screen. I have to manually restart it by pressing the power key.
