Getting ready for new upgrades. Anything else needed?

I am preparing to upgrade my mobo and gpu for a Intel system. I have a case, HDD, psu, and a cd/dvd drive.

That all looks good. What's you're PSU make/ model, that's a very power hungry video card.

I know it is 750w I just don't remember the make nor model... hopefully knowing that will help...

750W is enough wattage for that build, but without knowing the specific model I can't tell you if it will provide reliable power to your components over the 12v rail.
